Digital Jobs (color copies) - most jobs are completed within 24-48 hours. An automated e-mail is sent to the client when jobs are completed.
Offset printing - from 3-7 days.
Graphic Design - turnaround varies with complexity of the project. Simple typesetting changes are usually next day. Whereas concept creation may take up to a week.
- What does "white border" and "full bleed" mean.
"White Border" selection is the standard selection which our advertised pricing is based on. When you choose "white border" you are confirming that you don't require image on your document to go to the edge of your page. We require 3/16" all around because of machine limitations. If your PDF has image too close to the edge of the sheet, we will reduce it slightly to fit the image on the printable area.
"Full Bleed" refers to a customer need for image to go all the way to the edge of the sheet. This is a more expensive custom selection.
- How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
